Job Description and Responsibilities
As a Banking Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering TD’s Brand promise at the Needham store location. You will be responsible for accurately completing everyday banking transactions, providing advice, educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals. You will also actively engage with customers to acquire and deepen relationships, understand their financial needs, and provide proactive insights and recommendations.[1]
Qualification and Experience
The ideal candidate should at a minimum, possess a high school diploma or GED. One year of experience working with customers in any capacity is preferred. This experience can come from various sources, including volunteering, education, or military service. Other valuable skills include excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and the ability to work independently and within deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a Notary License are also preferred.[1]
Customer Accountabilities
