The Role and Compensation
The Banking Associate is a critical player in delivering TD’s brand promise at its Hammonton store location. The role entails accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.
As a TD Banking Associate, you will be expected to work 40 hours a week. The compensation for this role ranges from $22.00 to $27.75 USD per hour. What to Expect
The Banking Associate will be expected to carry out a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within the store. This includes processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on various banking products and services. The associate will also be expected to build relationships with customers, provide financial advice, and use TD’s systems and tools to engage with customers.
The Ideal Candidate
TD Bank is seeking a candidate with at least a high school diploma or GED and a year of experience working with customers. Teller experience is preferred. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, strong organization skills, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to schedule and prioritize work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and a Notary License is preferred.
Responsibilities
The Banking Associate will be responsible for providing legendary customer service, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, managing wait times for meetings with a banker, and understanding and supporting the bank’s customer service strategy. The associate will also be expected to comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures, and complete all required job-specific and compliance-related training.
