Job Description and Expectations
As a Banking Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering TD’s brand promise. You’ll be primarily responsible for accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.
Your role will cover a wide range of tasks, such as processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. Education and Experience
You’ll need at least a high school diploma or GED, along with 1-year experience working with customers in any capacity. This experience could be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience. Teller experience is preferred but not a must. You will also be required to complete teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire.
