The Key Responsibilities of a Banking Associate at TD
The Banking Associate is an integral part of TD’s brand promise delivery at the store location. They are entrusted with the responsibility of completing everyday banking transactions with accuracy while providing advice and educational support on banking services, products, and tools. They help Customers achieve their financial goals and attract and retain customers through their customer-centric approach and deep understanding of customer financial needs.
The Banking Associate performs a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a store location. These tasks include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. They also provide consultative support and advocate with proactive insights and recommendations. They are expected to use TD’s systems and tools to engage with Customers and deepen relationships.
Who is the Ideal Candidate?
The ideal candidate for the Banking Associate role at TD will have a High school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience working with customers.
