The position is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The pay range for this position varies from $22.00 to $27.75 USD per hour. Role Responsibilities and Requirements
In this role, the Banking Associate will be responsible for accurately completing everyday banking transactions, opening new accounts, and providing advice on services, products, and tools to help customers reach their financial goals. The associate will also be responsible for nurturing customer relationships, managing wait times, facilitating customer inquiries, and ensuring all tasks are performed within established policies and procedures.
The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, with at least one year of experience working with customers in any capacity. Experience as a teller, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and within deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also desirable. A Notary License is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements and Additional Information
The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking with occasional lifting/carrying of items under and over 25 lbs. Domestic travel may also occasionally be required. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate the ability to perform multiple tasks, operate standard office equipment, and concentrate for long periods.
