Lincoln International’s M&A Workshop and Summer Associate Internship
Lincoln International is inviting participants for a day-long M&A workshop scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2026 at its Chicago Office. This workshop is designed for rising first-year MBA students who identify themselves as female, LGBTQ+, African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American or Pacific Islander, or veterans. The workshop will provide valuable insights into the role of an Associate in a middle-market investment bank, with networking opportunities with Lincoln bankers.
Qualifying for this opportunity requires the participants to be first-year MBA students starting their MBA program in Fall 2026, available for a 2027 Summer Associate internship at Lincoln, and open to working in locations like Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Dallas for the duration of the internship. Prior experience in M&A, capital raising, or investment banking is preferred but not mandatory. The participants should be fluent in accounting and finance, possess strong business acumen and communication skills, and be motivated to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Applicants can apply for the workshop by Sunday, June 21, 2026. However, it is important to note that Lincoln International is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.
