Job Opportunity: Banking Associate
As a Banking Associate at TD Bank, you will play a key role in delivering the brand’s promise at one of their store locations. This role is not just about performing everyday banking transactions, but also about providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.
The base pay for this position ranges from $23.75 to $31.00 USD per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and job-related knowledge. However, TD Bank is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation opportunities to all colleagues. Over time, as you progress in your role, you will have the opportunity to move up the salary range.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
In this role, you will be expected to perform a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a store location. This includes processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. You will also be responsible for building trust with educational content and tools, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights and recommendations.
To qualify for this position, you should have a high school diploma or GED. One year of experience working with customers in any capacity is preferred. This could be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience. Strong organization skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within deadlines are also required.
