Role and Responsibilities
The Banking Associate plays a crucial role in delivering top-tier banking transactions, providing advice, and offering educational support on services, products, and tools to help TD customers achieve their financial goals. The depth and scope of this role are varied, with responsibilities ranging from processing customer transactions to opening new accounts and educating customers on banking products and services.
Furthermore, the Banking Associate will be expected to deliver end-to-end advice customers expect: building trust with educational content & tools, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights & recommendations. This role requires a keen understanding of customer financial needs to identify opportunities to promote and educate on products, services, and refer them to the appropriate team member or internal Bank partner.
Education and Experience
This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience working with customers in any capacity. The right candidate should demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to schedule and prioritize work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and a Notary License is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The base pay for this role ranges between $22.00 – $27.75 USD, with the actual offer varying based on the candidate’s skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location.
