Job Responsibilities
The role of a Primary Offers Vice President comes with a variety of responsibilities. These include:
- Developing and refining offer strategies to drive profitable growth and optimize performance.
- Defining audience strategy, budget allocation, creative testing roadmaps, and full-funnel measurement plans.
- Using tools and reports to track offer performance and transform results into actionable insights and strategies.
- Working with analytics to assess channel incrementality and profitability, and applying learnings from experiments to ongoing optimization.
- Leading structured testing across audience, creative, landing pages, and partners to drive innovation, improve conversion, and scale successful approaches.
- Developing and delivering performance narratives that highlight KPIs, drivers, risks, and recommendations for executive and cross-functional audiences.
- Navigating a matrixed organization to align across product, analytics, finance, brand/creative, and channel partners; building consensus and driving coordinated execution.
- Overseeing end-to-end execution of offer roadmap.
Required Qualifications
The role requires a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
